Project overview

To commemorate the 50th Anniversary of Swire Properties, Latitude 22N was commissioned to design and produce a porcelain vessel and its packaging as a gift to all employees.

Within its design, this vessel captures the creative and innovative spirit of Swire Properties.
Designed by Latitude 22N, the pattern tells a story beginning with lines, representing teamwork, collaboration, and engagement. The lines then transform into shapes reminiscent of building plans, symbols of the wholesome and forward-thinking projects built by Swire’s teams.
The white space, the coloured surfaces, and how they interact with each other, is an expression of how Swire approaches placemaking as a team, from every angle, to create places where people can live happier and healthier lives.
It’s about seeing the whole as greater than the sum of its parts.
