Project overview
District15 was started in 2005 and specialises in real estate development, investment and asset management.
The name District15, reflects on the founder’s early identification of Hong Kong’s Western district, district number 15 of Hong Kong’s 18 districts, as an emerging location of interest for new businesses and developments.
The team are big believers in how design, creativity, entrepreneurs and craftsman all contribute to thriving neighbourhoods and communities. It is District15’s goal to help build those neighbourhoods and bring something unique to the communities that surround them. They bring new life, energy and creativity to areas and neighbourhoods through the identification of assets which they believe can be transformed to become new focal points of these locations.
District 15’s investments have been built on a philosophy which aims to enrich the locale while maintaining the character and integrity of the area. Creating a more desirable neighbourhood contributes to a sustainable increase in real estate interest and ensures the long-term growth of the area.
Latitude 22N was tasked to rebrand District15 with a new logo, printed collaterals and website.
The new identity takes 18 blocks (for Hong Kong’s 18 districts) that can be re-imagined in many configurations to reflect on the potential to transform the blocks into something new.
The outer line represents District15, holding a community, an umbrella of different activities, different assets and is a play on the ethymology of the Chinese character for District.
